Katie and her team do a good job of collecting rent, depositing it on time, keeping me informed of potential issues, holding tenants responsible for the up keep of the property & ensuring that the property is being maintained. They have assisted me in maintaining my pool, getting my roof redone, & staying on top of seasonal yard up keep in regards to trees and bushes. When I had a tenant ruin my carpet because of a dog, Yuma Property Management ensured the tenants were held responsible and paid for the replacement of all damaged carpets.
