A short term rental is a lease lasting less than 12 months. These carry a price premium over our standard rental price. Our pricing works as follows:
12 month rental = Standard Price
6 month rental = Standard Price + 10%
3 month rental = Standard Price + 25% + $100 a month short term rental fee (due to Coldwell Banker)
Each lease is considered seperate, so if you rent a home for 6 months, and decide to extend it for another 6 months at the end, you will still be charged the 6 month premium.
